Store Policies

Nikkisdressingroom offers the following Returns Policy:

At Nikki's Dressing Room we special order your dress, shoes, or accessories in the size and color you choose.  Most “Special Occasion” retail dress stores and websites (including ours) have a no refund/return/exchange policy.  When we your dress, shoes, or accessories is received at our store from the manufacturer, we carefully inspect the article to be sure it is the correct style, color, and/or size. We also inspect all of the embellishments (beading, embroidery), the hems, and seams. If our standards are not met with the gown, dress, or accessory, we will contact the manufacturer for a replacement BEFORE we send it out to you.  Since we order your dress, shoes, and/or accessory in the size and color that you choose, we cannot return them to the manufacturers. Nikki’s Dressing Room we will never inflate our prices. We want our customers to have the lowest price possible. Unfortunately, we cannot have special order gowns returned to our inventory.  Our policies allow us to pass great saving on to our customers. Companies that do accept returns (big retail chains) mark their prices up to offset costs like returns or exchanges, and cannot guarantee the dress has never been worn.

Mon-Wed: 11:00AM-7:00PM,
Thu: 11:00AM-8:00PM,
Fri: 11:00AM-8:00PM,
Sat: 10:00AM-6:00PM,
Sun: 11:00PM-5:00PM.
